Today we went to the city. I forgot to pack jeans that I could work in, so I bought a couple of pair. American brands are pretty expensive. Wranglers cost around $50. I was able to find a couple of pairs of jeans for Q359 for 2, which is about $15 each. The hardest part is finding jeans in my size. Guatemalans are much smaller than me.
We went grocery shopping too. There are a lot of imported foods, so it's easy to find what I am used to (I got the Ritz crackers and the Muenster, but there is no Boar's Head cheese and no Butterkaise).
Lunch was at Pizza Hut.
